VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Planted in a precise Terroir at Herdade do Freixo, where the fresh winds of Serra d ́Ossa predominate, it allows a slow and smooth maturation, safeguarding all the aromatic potential of Sauvignon Blanc. After general destemming and a light pressing, the must flows by gravity into the stainless steel vats where it fermentes at low temperature. Filtered and bottled young, allows you to discover throughout the tasting, little by little, his shy and great personality of the Sauvignon Blanc variety.
CONSUMPTION AND LONGEVITY

WINEMAKER NOTES
