VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Planted in a precise Terroir in Herdade do Freixo, where the fresh winds of Serra d ́Ossa predominate, it allows a slow and smooth maturation, safeguarding all the aromatic potential of Alvarinho. After general destemming and a light pressing, the must flows by gravity into the stainless steel vats where it fermentes at low temperature. This is followed by a 2-month stage, with wooden battonage, followed by bottling and bottle maturation for an additional 3 months, until the blend is harmonized.
CONSUMPTION AND LONGEVITY
Ideal consumption temperature at 10 ° C. Accompanies traditional dishes of fish, seafood, red meats, roasts and oriental cuisine. Also combined with vegetarian cuisine, it harmonizes aromas and flavors in a complementary and balanced way.
WINEMAKER NOTES
Aroma marked by its minerality. Soft notes of herbs and spices. Ripe fruit with a touch of cedar, tobacco leaf and candied fruit. In the mouth it is sweet and has tropical notes, but with a dry finish. Shines with amplitude and persistence.
